If you have problems with your visa.
Dear colleagues,
Several participants of ICMS'2000 have run into the problem of the so-called "visa supporting". In order to receive their visas they must have the official letter of invitation from Ufa Branch of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Could you, please, find out this question in the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your sity URGENTLY ?
If there is the same problem with you we'll prepare and send an appropriate letter (maybe, to the Russian Consulate by e-mail). But for this you should give us the following information relative to you and all your accompanying persons:

Given names
Date of birth
Nationality
Passport number
Date of expiry
Affiliation
Position
Affiliation address including tel. and fax.
Purpose of visit
Date of arrival
Date of departure
City where the participant will apply for his visa (embassy or consulate)
